The aroma in the house is amazing - apple cider, cinnamon and cloves. Husband approved. I need to adjust to the taste of parsnips but I think I can like it. Would probably accommodate other vegetables well like celery and maybe cubed potatoes. Recipe found in Lidia Cooks From the Heart of Italy.
