Not a good feeling

Helpless. Not a feeling I'm accustomed to nor one I'd like to get to know. No one at my printers will call me back. I've left e-mails, messages. I have even left messages to the employee that used to be my rep there and he's no longer taking my calls. Utterly lost on how to begin this journey to recoup costs and materials already paid for.
