What's cookin'

I'm a terrible cook. Horrible. Baking is more my fortay though my husband would disagree (long story short I forgot to add sugar to a batch of experimental cupcakes). On my long list of things I want to accomplish this year is cooking more and better. On the menu tonight is roasted chicken with beer straight from Lidia Cooks from the Heart of Italy which I incidentally found in the House Beautiful magazine. I'll let you know the results from my biggest critic and guinea pig to my creations - the husband - after all is said and done. Here's hoping we don't order take out tonight.
