 Is it still considered BBQ if it has never seen a grill, pit or smoker? Surely bubbling in a pool of BBQ sauce doesn't constitute a meat as BBQed. Either way, this Slow Cooker Barbecue Rib recipe was as simple as can be and fall-off-the-bone delicious. The one change I made was instead of making the sauce, I dumped a bottle of BBQ sauce in with the ribs, a suggestion I found in the reviews section. Bubba, the slow cooker, did good. Eight hours later we had a delicious rib dinner with minimal effort on my part but with all the good flavors.
