Oh so yummy

For lunch today, I grabbed a Satsuma Mandarin jam and Irish butter crepe from Melange Creperie. Buttery, sweet citrus goodness. I was trying to get the very last bottom parts of the crepe but warm jam was pooling everywhere. So good I'm craving citrus now.

Speaking of citrus, I can't wait for the Pixie tangerines to make their debut at Central Market. Those babies are like super sweet, juicy candies. Husband will actually do chores (for once) if I peel Pixie tangerines for him - hola, bargaining chip. The skin is tighter to the fruit making it more difficult to peel off but it's so worth the labor once you taste it.
