 Lamb collar - sauce of preserved roots & persimmon wiht spices and rice cakes
 Scallion pancake - white anchovy & watercress with cured lemon and soy
 Duck breast saam - spiced & smoked, blackberry doenjang, beet kimchee
Black bean noodles - oxtail, maitake mushrooms, cucumber & mung bean
Steam cake - layered with red bean, sesame & green tea with lychee sherbet

Been wanting to try Dosi (Korean tapas) for a while, especially after trying Nara (modern Korean). Not my thing. My favorite thing was the little rice cakes in the lamb collar dish and the lychee sherbet.
